All grooming reservations require a $30 deposit and are refundable if the appointment is canceled before 7 business days of the reservation start date. This deposit will be applied to the final total of your grooming appointment.

Grooming Requirements
Since your pet comes into contact with other animals through the grooming process, they must adhere to the same requirements as boarding and daycare.
Our vaccine policy for pet grooming:
- If your pet's vaccines need to be updated on the day of their grooming visit, you will need to check in for a walk-in tech or doctor visit and stay until your pet has received their vaccinations.
- The ideal timeline is for vaccines to be updated 2 weeks before your pet's grooming appointment.
- You are responsible for providing us with updated vaccine records if your pet goes to a different veterinary clinic.
